At Scott-Larson, our priority is our patients. We understand that each situation is unique and we take time to assess each patient’s individual needs.
To make things go as quickly as possible for you we ask that you arrive at your initial visit 10 minutes early to fill out any needed paperwork. To help speed up your first visit process, you can print and fill out the necessary forms on the Forms Page.
Please remember to bring your current insurance cards and the prescription from your physician.
During your initial visit, we evaluate your needs, answer your questions, and take an impression or measurements depending on the kind of brace you need. If you are a surgical patient this can usually be done on the same day as your pre-admission.
You will need a return appointment to be fitted with your new custom brace, receive education regarding of its use and care, and to make any necessary adjustments or modifications.
